Am Ostermontag war ich an einem Mini-Lolita-Treffen auf der Insel Mainau, die nicht ganz unpassend "Blumeninsel" genannt wird. Im Moment blühen vor allem Tulpen in allen möglichen Farben und Formen, später im Jahr gäbe es auch viele Rosenarten zu sehen. Die Insel ist wirklich wunderschön: sehr weitläufig, liebevoll angelegt und nicht nur von den Blumen her interessant, auch andere Pflanzen wie Bambus oder Mammutbäume findet man hier. Und ein Schloss. Und ein Palmenhaus mit Orchideen. Und ein Schmetterlingshaus. Undundund! Ja, es hat mir gefallen. Aber seht selbst.

Hi there!
This Easter Monday I went to a small Lolita-Meet-Up on the island Mainau, which is quite adequately called "Flower-Island". At the moment you can mainly see tulips in many colours and shapes, in summer there would also be roses. The island is really beautyful: It is ample, lovingly designed and has a lot of other interesting plants besides the flowers, such as bamboo and giant redwoods. And there is a castle. And a palm tree house with orchids. And a butterfly house. Andandand! Yes, I enjoyed it. I'm sure you get what I mean when you look at the pictures.
